Conference on statelessness

To mark the 70th anniversary in 2024 of the New York Convention relating to the Status of Stateless Persons, Ofpra, the UNHCR and Forum Réfugiés are organising a conference on statelessness. This event will enable you to discover the many causes of statelessness and better understand its contemporary challenges. In 2019, only 19 countries, including France, had official procedures for recognising stateless status.
