The asylum procedure

1. Pre-reception in SPADA
To submit your asylum request to Ofpra, you must first go to a SPADA (first reception structure for asylum seekers), an association whose mission is in particular to set your appointment. you at the one stop shop.
If you live in Paris or Ile-de-France, you must first contact the Ofii (French Office for Immigration and Integration) by telephone on 01 42 500 900, in order to obtain a go to a SPADA.
If you live outside of Paris or Ile-de-France, you can go directly to the department's SPADA.
The SPADA will complete with you a registration form for the asylum application and will give you a convocation for the meeting with the one-stop shop which will take place within 3 days (10 days in case of high traffic).
