Obtain payment of non-recoverable costs
At the end of the procedure before the CNDA (Cour Nationale du Droit d'Asile), the Ofpra may be ordered to pay irrecoverable costs.
To obtain payment, you can contact the DAJEI (Division of Legal, European and International Affairs), via the functional address secretariat-dajei@ofpra.gouv.fr.
For your request to be taken into account, you must attach the following documents:
- the decision of the CNDA
- the RIB of a CARPA account
- where applicable, your waiver lawyer to receive legal aid
- where applicable, an original signed power of attorney from your client for payment of the amount due on your account
